Made from organically certified single origin Samoan cacao beans. A smooth texture with a mellow but distinctly nutty flavour. A favourite with that mid afternoon or lazy weekend coffee.

- Harvested and fermented for 7 days, then dried for 1 - 2 weeks depending on climate humidity
