What is First Ray’s Market Partner Program?

First Ray’s Market Partner Program is an online B2B marketplace where you can buy products at wholesale prices from inspiring Australian brands, and they’ll ship them directly to you. This means you can access an extended range of organic, ethical and eco-friendly products all in the one convenient place, whilst ordering your favourite First Ray goodies.

What’s the difference between a First Ray Market Partner product and a First Ray brand?

First Ray’s  Market Partner products are shipped directly from the Brand and separately from your First Ray items. This means our Market Partners are responsible for delivering your goodies to you, safe and soundly, and that your delivery may arrive before or after other items you’ve ordered on First Ray.

How can I tell if a product is a First Ray product or a Market Partner product?

You can easily identify our Market Partners and see if a product is a Market Partner product by looking out for our dark blue Market Partner icon displayed on the product listing and image.

Do Market Partner products contribute to my First Ray Free Freight Threshold?

As our Market Partners ship orders directly from their warehouse to you, each Market Partner will have their own minimum free freight thresholds. This means they don't contribute to the First Ray Free Freight Thresholds.  

We are working hard with our Market Partners to make this as low as possible and so their products are accessible to you, however getting goodies from one point to another is becoming increasingly more expensive so ordering a certain amount at once, does make this viable.
