Founded in 1991, Perfect Potion is the dream of passionate and qualified Aromatherapists, Naturopaths and Acupuncturists, Salvatore Battaglia and Carolyn Stubbin. Born from a passion for natural therapies, Perfect Potion is an Australian, family-owned pioneer in the creation of unique, sustainable, certified natural and organic aromatherapy and skin care preparations. Perfect Potion's vision is to help you, our community, and the environment to flourish by listening to, guiding and reconnecting body, mind and spirit.

With values entrenched in environmental sustainability and conservation, Perfect Potion's aim, since opening their doors in 1991 in Brisbane, has been to reconnect people with nature through aromatherapy. With a philosophy that harmonises social and environmental concerns, as well as various certifications to support their preparations, they have established a standard to which others can only aspire to. Perfect Potion also proudly attained 3-Star ecoBiz Partnership, an achievement that recognises their commitment to the environment through consistent sustainability practices.

Perfect Potion creates and make all of their aromatherapy and skincare preparations in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility (solar-powered, may we add) in Banyo, Queensland. This means they ensure their sustainably sourced ingredients and products remain of the highest integrity, and offer quality preparations that are palm oil-free, vegan, cruelty-free, certified natural, and in most cases, certified organic.

In 2008, they opened their first store in Kyoto, Japan. Perfect Potion's decision to enter the Japanese market was an easy one after they contemplated their values and vision. The cultural values and ethics of Japan aligned perfectly with their own, as did the aesthetics of Japan’s natural world. Since opening their stores in Japan, they have adapted many Japanese concepts, which are reflected in their current collection, including their Shinrin-yoku and Sacred Space ranges.
