Natural Deodorant
Natural and organic skincare doesn't stop at body washes and moisturisers. Our range of natural deodorants, are healthier, safer and better for you and they really work!
Why do we sweat?
Sweating is an activity most people can't avoid.
Your body temperature automatically rises from exercise, heat, stress, hormone, or even diet.
Sweating is a natural response to maintaining your body's optimal temperature.
What causes BO or Body Odour?
When you sweat, the moisture in your armpits attracts bacteria.
Body odour is caused by the bacterias consuming the moisture and generating waste in your armpits & underarms.
While it can be gross, smelly, and embarrassing, there are Natural Deodorants in the market that can help.
Traditional Vs Natural Deodorants
Traditional deodorants use antimicrobial agents or ethanol to kill the bacteria. Antiperspirants use aluminum-based salts to clog up the sweat glands to minimise moisture. The less moisture equals the fewer bacteria to cause BO.
However, a study done in 2016 shows that traditional deodorants may alter your skin’s ecosystem.
Your body sweats naturally and aluminum-based products clog your pores which can cause sweat to occur in other areas.
Other potential side effects include reducing your immune system.
Like our gut, our body is supposed to have a normal and healthy level of bacteria. Some of these are good bacteria that help boost our body's immune system.
However, traditional antiperspirants that contain harmful chemicals can remove the good bacteria that protect us and introduce new and different bacteria which can be more harmful and smelly.
Natural & Organic Deodorants avoid artificial ingredients.
Our deodorants are made up of three components:
- ingredients with disinfectant or antibacterial properties, such as coconut oil and tea tree oil
- essential oils like lavender, sandalwood, or bergamot to cover BO with a pleasant aroma
- naturally absorbent ingredients like baking soda, arrowroot, or cornstarch to reduce moisture
Natural deodorants won’t plug sweat glands like traditional antiperspirants.
Instead, they will let your body sweat naturally while minimising moisture and smell.
The good news is that they don’t contain aluminum or other harmful chemicals.

Roll-on & paste deodorants
Our natural and organic deodorants come in 2 forms.

Deodorant pastes are easy to use and applied directly. Simply rub your fingers until you have the desired amount and apply it to your underarms. You will only need a small amount so don't apply too much.

FAQ
Do natural deodorants work?
Natural deodorants cover the smell, not sweat and that's a good thing. It allows your body to behave naturally and keep the good bacterias while protecting your immune system.
What happens when you start using a natural deodorant?
If you're switching from traditional antiperspirants over to natural deodorants, your body will need some time to adjust. Over time you will likely notice any odour issues starting to decrease. Underarm moisture levels will also normalise as your body rebalances your healthy bacteria.
How often should you apply natural deodorant?
Depending on your lifestyle, you may need to reapply natural deodorant after exercising, or throughout the day if you have heavy perspiration.
